JOB SUMMARY

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation in our office environment.

Duties:
– Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
– Manage front desk activities including answering phone calls and directing inquiries
– Assist with order entry and maintaining office records
– Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
– Support office staff with various administrative tasks
– Help organize and maintain office supplies and inventory

Qualifications:
– Computer literacy is essential for this role.(Quick Book preferred)
– Prior experience in an office setting is preferred, not necessary.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
– Familiarity with data entry processes
– Excellent interpersonal skills for customer service interactions
– Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment operation
– Ability to work as a personal assistant when needed
