ABOUT JOB

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records
- Process orders and input customer information
- Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
- Organize files, invoices, and office documents
- Assist with scheduling and general office tasks
- Support team with administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- Prior clerical or office experience is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn on the job is essential.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Office applications, and familiarity with databases and ERP systems.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and fast typing speed.
- Basic math skills for order processing and data verification tasks.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with data collection, filing systems, and creating pivot tables is a plus.
