Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Process orders and input customer information
  • Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
  • Organize files, invoices, and office documents
  • Assist with scheduling and general office tasks
  • Support team with administrative duties as needed

Requirements

  • Prior clerical or office experience is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn on the job is essential.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Office applications, and familiarity with databases and ERP systems.
  • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and fast typing speed.
  • Basic math skills for order processing and data verification tasks.
  • Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with data collection, filing systems, and creating pivot tables is a plus.
