ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Temporary Office Receptionist join our team and help to deliver the highest quality of service to our guests.
JOB FUNCTION, TASKS, and RESPONSIBILITIES:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review arrivals and departures for guest preferences to ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide information and act as a resource to our guests or hotel visitors
- Receives and acknowledge reservation requests, cancellations and changes
- Communicates guest requests and issues to the proper departments
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill special guest requests
QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:

- 1-2 years prior Front Office experience
- Luxury hotel experience preferred
- Hospitality degree preferred
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and knowledge of a property management system
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive attitude and ability to work well with a diverse staff
- Leadership and customer service skills
- Have flexibility to work a varied schedule, including overnights and weekends
- Multilingual (preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
