ABOUT JOB

 

We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and dependable Operations & Executive Coordinator to support our leadership and operations team. This is a dynamic, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

You will play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly—from managing schedules and investor communications to supporting reporting and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-ups to ensure accountability
  • Assist with inbox management and prioritization when needed

Investor & Communications Support

  • Draft and edit polished communications for high-level investors and partners
  • Support ongoing investor relations efforts, including updates and outreach
  • Ensure all communications reflect the brand’s voice and professionalism

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate and maintain performance reports related to crowdfunding campaigns
  • Track key metrics and present insights in a clear, digestible format
  • Assist in compiling materials for investor updates and internal reviews

Operations & Organization

  • Maintain and organize internal systems, including Google Drive and shared documents
  • Create and refine processes to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Support the operations team with a wide range of daily tasks and special projects

  • Able to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or a similar role (startup experience a plus)
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
  • Experience with reporting, data tracking, or dashboards preferred
  • Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and external partners

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year

Work Location: Remote
