We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily functions of our scientific laboratory instrument business. In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence by managing, optimizing processes, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your leadership will foster a positive team environment, streamline inventory and sales management, and uphold high standards for performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the customer experience while maintaining efficient operations and supporting business growth.

We are a small business and looking for someone who can wear many hats. Help us communicate with our customers via email and phone.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations, including  customer service, inventory control, quoting, sales confirmations
• Oversee purchasing, pricing strategies, stocking, and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.

Requirements

• Proven management experience in retail or a similar customer-focused environment with supervising responsibilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Experience with bookkeeping and financials a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
