JOB DETAILS
We’re a growing financial services firm looking for an energetic, detail-oriented team player to join our team part-time remotely. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn about personal finances and wants flexibility.
What You’ll Do
Administrative Support
- Prepare pre-filled client documents and applications for signature
- Enter data into financial planning software
- Help onboard new clients and set up investment accounts
- Coordinate with service providers and vendors
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Sales & Marketing Support
- Generate and organize sales leads
- Design marketing emails
- Manage email marketing platform
- Edit and format presentation materials
What We’re Looking For
- In College or college education required
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Mail Merge), Mailchimp and CRM, such as Hubspot
- Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience preferred but not required — we’ll provide training!
Details
- Part-time: 12-16 hours per week to start
- Flexible schedule (must be available during PST am hours)
- Remote position
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
