ABOUT JOB
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic part-time Receptionist. You’ll be responsible for managing a busy national switchboard, welcoming internal and external clients, and coordinating meeting room bookings, video conferences, and national and international teleconferences. This is a varied and fast-paced role that will see you balancing multiple priorities with confidence.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting internal and external clients.
- Assisting with client requests, whilst always displaying a high level of professionalism.
- Ensure the meeting rooms are set up correctly and are tidy for all upcoming meetings with the necessary IT equipment in the room.
- Attend to and answer all emails sent
- Assist with administration duties when required.

- A strong understanding of what it means to provide an exceptional level of customer service both to internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to handle multiple priorities, working to sometimes conflicting timescales in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Strength in building trust and rapport to develop effective relationships, internally and externally.

- A passion for working collaboratively with local and national Reception teams and building constructive relationships.
