ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a reliable and organised Personal Assistant to the Director to support the day-to-day running of the business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is comfortable working in a small business environment.
You will assist the Director with administration, client communication, scheduling, and general operational support.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Director
• Manage emails, phone calls, and enquiries from real estate agents and subcontractors
• Prepare and send quotes for compliance services
• Schedule properties for inspections and compliance works
• Coordinate subcontractor bookings and job details
• Prepare, issue, and follow up invoices
• General administration, record keeping, and document management
• Pick up and drop off rental property keys from real estate agencies as required
• Coordinate property access and logistics
About You
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicating with real estate agents and trades
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable in a hands-on support role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in administration, PA, property, real estate, or compliance roles is desirable but not essential
