ABOUT JOB
Our client is looking for a Project Assistant to join our team. This is a support role focused on helping our team stay organized and on track. No industry experience is required—we’re looking for someone who is comfortable using a computer, working in Excel, and paying attention to details.
You’ll be helping gather and organize information related to countertop projects.
Job Duties:
- Enter and organize information in Excel and other programs
- Review documents and pull basic details from plans or paperwork
- Communicate effectively with co-workers through email, phone or in person.
Skills and qualifications:
- Comfortable using a computer (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic Excel skills (data entry, organizing information)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and able to stay organized
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working in an office support role is a plus.
