ABOUT JOB

 

We are seeking a professional and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for ensuring a welcoming front desk environment while supporting day-to-day office operations, administrative tasks, and cross-functional team needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general information and assistance to visitors, clients, and staff
  • Manage incoming calls by screening and directing them to appropriate contacts
  • Process guest and client registrations via the building’s management system
  • Maintain accurate records of outgoing appraisals and receipts in office tracking systems
  • Manage vendor arrivals and coordinate timely communication with the Merchandise Department regarding jewelry drop-offs
  • Maintain organization of the front desk area and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Partner with internal teams (IT, Facilities, HR, and others) to support efficient office operations
  • Monitor office supply inventory and submit replenishment requests as needed
  • Coordinate and place orders for office-related items, including pantry supplies, equipment, and general office needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of reception, pantry, kitchen, and common areas
  • Monitor and restock pantry and breakroom supplies as needed

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, polished, and courteous demeanor in all interactions
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) or similar software
  • Experience with expense reporting systems such as Concur preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Hourly Rate:

$25.00 – $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
