JOB DETAILS
As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will play an important role in providing a professional and compassionate experience. You will work closely with our solicitors and administrative team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the firm.
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls and assisting new and existing clients.
- Managing enquiries and booking appointments.
- Maintaining and updating client information within our CRM.
- Following up with prospective clients.
- Monitoring and responding to emails.
- Assisting solicitors with general administrative tasks.
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
- Strong preference for those with previous experience in a law firm
- Experience working in a professional services environment.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
Desirable
- Previous experience working in a law firm.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and legal administration.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
