ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a professional, dedicated full-time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients
Overview
This role supports front-desk operations, client communication, and administrative needs across the firm. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced public accounting environment.
Key Responsibilities
These responsibilities are required but not limited to:
- Front Desk & Phones — Greet visitors, manage check-ins, answer and route calls.
- Client Support — Assist with document drop-offs and direct general inquiries.
- Scheduling — Manage conference room calendars and meeting setup. Register visitors with building security; submit service requests to building maintenance as needed; activate card keys.
- Mail & Documents — Process incoming/outgoing mail, scanning, and courier coordination, when needed.
- Events & Onboarding — Help with office events, and new-hire setup.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and client-service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and office equipment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in a CPA or professional services firm preferred
