ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping things organized.
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:45 PM (4×10 schedule)
- Occasional Friday hours as needed
What You’ll Do
Front Desk & Customer Interaction
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Respond to general inquiries and route messages appropriately
Administrative Support
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Assist with preparing basic reports, documents, and correspondence
- Take meeting notes and distribute summaries when needed
Office Coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Order and track office supplies
- Assist with basic travel arrangements and scheduling logistics
- Support general office organization and day-to-day needs

Requirements
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred

- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
