JOB DETAILS

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the bank’s corporate office. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Duties

  • Acts as the corporate office receptionist in greeting and screening in-person customers and visitors, and exercises tact, judgment, initiative.
  • Answers telephone calls, prioritizes inquiries and concerns from internal and external sources, takes messages, provides information, refers issues to the appropriate individuals, and ensures the inquiring party receives a response.
  • Provide general administrative support to departments and senior management such as, prepare, format, and distribute documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Processes incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Assists with organizing corporate events, training sessions, and internal meetings, including coordinating and setting up conference rooms, technology, catering, and materials.
  • Assist with preparation and organization of departmental reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Scan, upload, and properly categorize documents within internal systems for easy retrieval
  • Schedules appointments and/or tasks as necessary, and assembles documents, reports, or other information as required for meeting preparation, ensures appointment or meeting participants are informed of date and time.

Skills

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or 2 years related experience and/or training, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Work-related experience should consist of reception or secretarial duties in a business environment in some capacity. Educational experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school, or financial industry related curriculum, should be business or financial industry related.
  • Intermediate skills in computer operation and spreadsheet software programs.
  • Advanced typing skills to meet production needs of the position.
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, interpret documents, understand procedures, write reports and correspondence, and speak clearly to customers and employees.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Pay: $42,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
