ABOUT JOB
This is a full-time Receptionist and Data Entry role . You will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Handling clients and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and directing telephone inquiries
- Performing data entry and other administrative tasks to support the business
- Maintaining detailed records and filing systems
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role, preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office
- A friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
