We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team  The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and ordering office supplies.
  • Provide general support to visitors and staff as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
