ABOUT JOB 

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to join our talent acquisition team. In this vital role, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Responsibilities

• Assist with candidate sourcing through social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing, and research to identify high-quality talent pools.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, including technical recruiting assessments and high volume recruitment efforts, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing employment contracts, employee orientation materials, and employee evaluation documentation.
• Engage in relationship management with candidates and hiring managers through effective communication, cold calling, and follow-up to foster positive connections.
• Conduct preliminary screening calls to assess candidate qualifications related to talent management, internal recruiting, and external recruiting needs.
• Collaborate with HR teams on employment law compliance, HR legal requirements, and contracts to ensure adherence to labor laws in talent management practices.

Experience

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize social media management tools for recruitment marketing efforts.

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
