ABOUT JOB

 

We are looking for an energetic, personable and highly organized individual to support the Recruitment Team in staffing and onboarding of all positions for our elder care facilities and programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Screen and analyze resumes
  • Interviews potential candidates
  • Conducts and organizes all candidate pre-hire paperwork and requirements
  • Coordinates with candidates, recruiting team and facility staff to schedule orientation dates for new hires ensuring a smooth, speedy transition.
  • Maintains a positive disposition and influence in all inter-company and external interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop working relationships with all levels of staff
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suites.

 

  • Strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

 

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment

 

  • Able to work independently or as a group
