A leading accounting firm is hiring a part-time Virtual Assistant (Operations & Accounting) to support the CEO in managing workflows and operational procedures within an accounting context. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, an understanding of Australian bookkeeping, and experience with tools like ClickUp and Google Workspace. This role requires someone who enjoys structure and operational discipline, thriving in a dynamic accounting environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an accounting or bookkeeping environment is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with ClickUp and digital filing systems.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily workflow across bookkeeping and payroll.
  • Assist the CEO with operational planning and prioritisation.
  • Conduct quality checks on reconciliations and workpapers.
