JOB DETAILS
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that suit their needs
- Provide detailed information about products, promotions, and store policies to enhance customer experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
- Process sales using retail software systems and perform basic math calculations for transactions and discounts
- Support loan processing activities when applicable, including verifying customer information and documentation
- Maintain organized displays and ensure shelves are stocked with current merchandise
- Address customer inquiries promptly, resolve issues professionally, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Familiarity with banking or financial services environments is a plus, especially related to cash handling or loan processing
- Basic math skills, including retail math and 10 key typing proficiency, are essential for accurate transactions
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and collaborate with team members
- Ability to operate financial software systems confidently and adapt to new technology quickly
- Demonstrated ability to perform cashiering duties with precision and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting
