We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Scheduling Clerk/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties
Manage and coordinate appointment scheduling using calendar management tools and software.
Operate phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls efficiently, and handle incoming correspondence.
Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, proofreading documents, and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously via phone or in person while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Qualifications
Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks.
Experience with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and customer service excellence.

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
