JOB SUMMARY

 

Join our amazing team! We’re seeking a part-time, remote scheduling coordinator.

Your Role: Your roles would include

  • Coordinating internally to ensure a uniform client experience.
  • Managing communication with clients & contractors telephonically and through email
  • Scheduling and managing appointments through our clean user-friendly database

About You: You will help distinguish our company with professionalism, best practices, and responsiveness that go toward building a team vibe and customer loyalty.

Required traits include: Understanding of scheduling and the business challenges that customers face, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, First point of contact customer service experience, Proactivity and responsiveness with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and organize.

Your Hours: Monday-Friday 12:00pm- 6:00pm PST (FIRM)- (Some Saturdays-4 hrs)

 

Job Type: Part-time – Work From Home – Scheduling Coordination

Benefits:

  • afternoon shift with some Saturday shifts

Work Location: Remote at home

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
