JOB DETAILS
Job Description:
- Answer phones
- Maintain and build professional relationship with customers
- Provide status of the transaction throughout the closing process to the appropriate customers
- Understand and address title requirements.
- Assist in the collection of the necessary data, to include but not limited to: payoffs, property taxes, HOA status, and title commitment clearance
- Entering all collected data
- Able to operate in a paperless atmosphere
- Is results and task driven with accuracy
- Constant communication with the client/customers/team on the status of the transaction
- Team player is a must
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and with the team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are required

Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years within the Title / Escrow Industries
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to follow all company procedures and policies including meeting the company customer service expectations
- Background check required
- Virginia Title Experience Preferred
Salary: $40,000 – $46,000+
