ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Virtual Assistant to support our growing Australian real estate business, primarily assisting our Property Management team.
This is a remote role ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to confidently manage phone calls and emails in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls from tenants, landlords, and contractors
- Respond to property management emails in a professional and timely manner
- Handle maintenance enquiries and follow up with trades where required
- Schedule inspections and appointments
- Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry
- Maintain accurate records and notes within company systems
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Desired Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in real estate or property management preferred
- Good spoken and written English
- Professional phone manner
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and email platforms
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
