ABOUT JOB

 

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Virtual Assistant to support our growing Australian real estate business, primarily assisting our Property Management team.

This is a remote role ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to confidently manage phone calls and emails in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls from tenants, landlords, and contractors
  • Respond to property management emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Handle maintenance enquiries and follow up with trades where required
  • Schedule inspections and appointments
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry
  • Maintain accurate records and notes within company systems
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in real estate or property management preferred
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Professional phone manner
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and email platforms
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
