Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, website enquiries, social media enquiries, and email leads.
- Engage prospective clients to understand their requirements (budget, land status, timeframes, location preferences, build type, etc.).
- Qualify leads using structured criteria and identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Accurately record lead information, conversation notes, and next steps in the CRM.
- Nurture warm leads through follow-up calls, emails, SMS, and check-ins.
- Book appointments and hand over fully qualified leads to senior sales consultants.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the brand professionally.
- Meet weekly lead conversion and follow-up KPIs.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to refine scripts, processes, and customer experience.
Skills & Experience
- No experience necessary.
- Strong phone communication skills with a warm, confident, and professional manner.
- Ability to ask the right questions, listen actively, and understand customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRMs or lead management systems.
- Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage your own schedule working remotely.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
