JOB  DETAILS

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, website enquiries, social media enquiries, and email leads.
  • Engage prospective clients to understand their requirements (budget, land status, timeframes, location preferences, build type, etc.).
  • Qualify leads using structured criteria and identify genuine sales opportunities.
  • Accurately record lead information, conversation notes, and next steps in the CRM.
  • Nurture warm leads through follow-up calls, emails, SMS, and check-ins.
  • Book appointments and hand over fully qualified leads to senior sales consultants.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent the brand professionally.
  • Meet weekly lead conversion and follow-up KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to refine scripts, processes, and customer experience.

Skills & Experience

  • No experience necessary.
  • Strong phone communication skills with a warm, confident, and professional manner.
  • Ability to ask the right questions, listen actively, and understand customer needs.
  • Familiarity with CRMs or lead management systems.
  • Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage your own schedule working remotely.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
