Job Description
ABOUT JOB
As a Receptionist, you’ll serve as the first point of contact at our administrative offices – supporting daily operations, executive leadership and administrative staff.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls; screen, prioritize, and route inquiries
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and timeliness
- Sort the mail for both employees and clients.
- Employees mail to be sorted by department
- Client mail requires using client data base to confirm program location and sorting accordingly
- Monitor common areas and shared office equipment; coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and supply replenishment as needed
- Provide courteous, empathetic assistance to callers and visitors while maintaining professionalism
- Related duties as assigned
Who We’re Looking For
- A professional with at least two years of clerical, administrative, or front desk experience.
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Someone comfortable interacting with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders
- A strong communicator with excellent phone etiquette and the ability to manage high call volume calmly and efficiently
- Detail-oriented, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office systems
Schedule
Full-time, 35 hours per week
- Monday–Friday 9am-5pm
