We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately within the office
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing prompt and courteous customer support
  • Handle incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls accurately using proper phone etiquette
  • Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record keeping
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff
  • Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence
  • Utilize computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to prepare reports and documents efficiently

Requirements

  • Proven experience in front desk operations or office administration with strong clerical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks
  • Strong customer service orientation with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience in office management, calendar coordination, and time management techniques
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately while proofreading documents for errors
  • Previous experience in personal assistant roles or administrative support is advantageous

Pay: $23.71 – $28.55 per hour
