ABOUT JOB
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately within the office
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing prompt and courteous customer support
- Handle incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls accurately using proper phone etiquette
- Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record keeping
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff
- Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence
- Utilize computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to prepare reports and documents efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in front desk operations or office administration with strong clerical skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks
- Strong customer service orientation with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in office management, calendar coordination, and time management techniques
- Ability to type quickly and accurately while proofreading documents for errors
- Previous experience in personal assistant roles or administrative support is advantageous
