JOB DETAILS
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the SMSF team, ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
- Maintain and organise client records, ensuring all SMSF-related documents are accurately stored and up to date.
- Coordinate client communications, and handle inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with compliance-related tasks, including liaising with auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Handle incoming correspondence and manage office logistics.
- Support team members with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant or office support role, within an accounting or financial services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
