JOB  DETAILS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the SMSF team, ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
  • Maintain and organise client records, ensuring all SMSF-related documents are accurately stored and up to date.
  • Coordinate client communications, and handle inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with compliance-related tasks, including liaising with auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Handle incoming correspondence and manage office logistics.
  • Support team members with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative assistant or office support role, within an accounting or financial services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
