ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Administrative Assistant to support our account representatives and legal team. This role is essential to ensure timely correspondence, accurate recordkeeping, and efficient client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting account representatives in preparing and sending correspondence and documents for mailing and e-filing
- Scanning, uploading, and organizing digital and physical documents in the firm’s document management system
- Communicating with clients via phone and email to obtain case-related information and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of client requests.
- Providing general administrative and clerical support to account representatives and other team members as needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Office 365, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
- Willingness to learn firm procedures and develop new skills
