ABOUT JOB

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Administrative Assistant to support our account representatives and legal team. This role is essential to ensure timely correspondence, accurate recordkeeping, and efficient client communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting account representatives in preparing and sending correspondence and documents for mailing and e-filing
  • Scanning, uploading, and organizing digital and physical documents in the firm’s document management system
  • Communicating with clients via phone and email to obtain case-related information and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of client requests.
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support to account representatives and other team members as needed

 

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Office 365, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
  • Willingness to learn firm procedures and develop new skills
