Job Description

JOB  SUMMARY

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and manage client communication
  • Schedule estimates and organize calendar
  • Follow up with leads and help convert them into booked jobs
  • Manage CRM (DripJobs) and emails
  • Assist with social media posting (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Support hiring and administrative tasks
  • Appear in simple marketing videos (optional but preferred)

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish REQUIRED)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable speaking with clients (phone & in person)
  • Willing to do occasional field work
  • Comfortable on camera (basic level)
