JOB DETAILS
Key Responsibilities
Gaming and Regulatory Licensing Support
- Support preparation and submission of regulatory and licensing filings across multiple jurisdictions
- Track application status, renewal deadlines, and ongoing compliance requirements
- Maintain and organize electronic records, including licenses, correspondence, and regulatory documentation
- Partner cross-functionally (Legal, Compliance, Finance, People, and Executive Teams, as well as SECURES board of directors) to collect and validate information required for filings
- Partner with executive stakeholders to gather time-sensitive inputs, communicating with clarity, precision, and strong judgment while minimizing demands on their time
- Interface with regulators and external partners as needed to support application processes
- Perform data entry and quality control across internal systems and external regulatory portals
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and internal systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of compliance workflows
- Assist with process improvement and documentation to streamline filing and tracking workflows
People Compliance & Operational Support
- Track and report on employee compliance training completion, including monitoring deadlines and following up with stakeholders
- Maintain documentation and records related to internal compliance programs and employee acknowledgments
- Support ad hoc people administration tasks (e.g., onboarding/offboarding coordination, data updates, documentation)
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of East Coast collaboration spaces, partnering with Workplace teams as needed
- Serve as a point of contact for collaboration space usage, ensuring a smooth employee experience
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, legal, or compliance support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
- High attention to detail, particularly in document review and data entry
- Experience working with sensitive or confidential information
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), comfort utilizing AI tools and learning new tools quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including executives, with a focus on clarity, efficiency, and follow-through
- A self-starter with sound judgment, high integrity, and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting regulatory, licensing, or compliance functions (gaming, fintech, or other highly regulated industries strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with multi-state licensing processes
- Legal Assistant or Paralegal certification (nice to have, not required)
