JOB  DETAILS

Responsibilities

Tenant & Owner Communication

  • Respond to tenant inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Handle concerns and resolve issues in a professional, solution-oriented manner
  • Provide updates to property owners on occupancy, maintenance, and operations
  • Send community updates, notices, and announcements

Maintenance Coordination

  • Receive and prioritize maintenance requests
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule repairs
  • Follow up with tenants after service completion
  • Track and close out work orders in the system

Administrative Support

  • Maintain and update tenant records and documentation
  • Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and security deposit processing
  • Monitor rent payments and send reminders or late notices as needed

Leasing & Marketing

  • Manage rental listings across platforms
  • Respond to prospective tenant inquiries
  • Assist with applicant screening (credit, background, references)
  • Prepare lease agreements and renewals

Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in property management or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable using property management software and digital tools

Preferred (not required)

  • Experience with AppFolio, Yardi, or Buildium
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing processes

Schedule
Flexible, but must be responsive during standard business hours
