JOB  SUMMARY

 

Requirements
  • 2–3 years of proven track record of success in B2B sales (SDR/BDR; closing experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Outreach, or Salesloft
  • Experience selling SaaS or HR technology solutions
  • Comfort with strategic and personalized outbound activity and cold calling
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection while maintaining performance
  • Strong motivation to build a long-term career in sales
  • Competitive mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive work style
Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle SMB sales (companies under 100 employees), from prospecting to close
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations
  • Manage active opportunities, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Partner with Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs to support strategic account penetration, building pipeline through strategic highly personalized outreach
  • Generate meetings, surface stakeholders, and execute outbound campaigns into larger accounts
  • Continuously develop sales skills through coaching, collaboration, and deal exposure
