JOB SUMMARY
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven track record of success in B2B sales (SDR/BDR; closing experience preferred)
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Outreach, or Salesloft
- Experience selling SaaS or HR technology solutions
- Comfort with strategic and personalized outbound activity and cold calling
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection while maintaining performance
- Strong motivation to build a long-term career in sales
- Competitive mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and proactive work style
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle SMB sales (companies under 100 employees), from prospecting to close
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations
- Manage active opportunities, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Partner with Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs to support strategic account penetration, building pipeline through strategic highly personalized outreach
- Generate meetings, surface stakeholders, and execute outbound campaigns into larger accounts
- Continuously develop sales skills through coaching, collaboration, and deal exposure
