JOB SUMMARY

Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or another customer facing role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
  • Organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Comfort working in a fast paced, remote environment
  • Curiosity and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed
  • Experience working in SaaS or using CRM tools is a plus
  • Must be located in the United Kingdom or Ireland
Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of business, serving as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Support renewals and expansion efforts in partnership with Account Managers
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and understand their goals and usage of Customer.io
  • Monitor account health and key performance indicators, identifying risks and surfacing opportunities early
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Billing to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate account records and activity in our CRM
  • Continuously build your knowledge of our product, customers, and industry trends
