JOB SUMMARY
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or another customer facing role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Comfort working in a fast paced, remote environment
- Curiosity and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed
- Experience working in SaaS or using CRM tools is a plus
- Must be located in the United Kingdom or Ireland
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business, serving as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Support renewals and expansion efforts in partnership with Account Managers
- Build trusted relationships with customers and understand their goals and usage of Customer.io
- Monitor account health and key performance indicators, identifying risks and surfacing opportunities early
- Collaborate cross functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Billing to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate account records and activity in our CRM
- Continuously build your knowledge of our product, customers, and industry trends
