Requirements
  • Experience in customer service, inside sales or account support
  • Experience using CRM systems
Responsibilities
  • Execute account plans and growth initiatives for assigned accounts
  • Manage a portfolio of small to mid‑tier customers remotely
  • Ensure timely follow‑up on customer requests and enquiries
  • Conduct proactive outbound calls to support product uptake and retention
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities aligned to customer needs
  • Maintain regular, value‑adding engagement with customers
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer queries
  • Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
  • Deliver a consistently high‑quality customer experience
  • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Track account performance, activities and opportunities
  • Support reporting and administrative requirements
  • Work cross‑functionally across sales, operations and internal teams
  • Support pricing, operational execution and team initiatives
  • Contribute to team targets and overall Provider Sales performance
Desired Qualifications
  • Exposure to B2B/B4B environments
  • Experience in healthcare or medical devices
  • Sleep health knowledge
