Requirements
- Experience in customer service, inside sales or account support
- Experience using CRM systems
Responsibilities
- Execute account plans and growth initiatives for assigned accounts
- Manage a portfolio of small to mid‑tier customers remotely
- Ensure timely follow‑up on customer requests and enquiries
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to support product uptake and retention
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities aligned to customer needs
- Maintain regular, value‑adding engagement with customers
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer queries
- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Deliver a consistently high‑quality customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
- Track account performance, activities and opportunities
- Support reporting and administrative requirements
- Work cross‑functionally across sales, operations and internal teams
- Support pricing, operational execution and team initiatives
- Contribute to team targets and overall Provider Sales performance
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to B2B/B4B environments
- Experience in healthcare or medical devices
- Sleep health knowledge
