JOB DETAILS

 

We are looking for someone reliable and detail-oriented who can handle both phone and order entry work alongside back-office data tasks. Each day includes answering phones, processing orders, and keeping our product data accurate across pricing, descriptions, and catalog records.

What you will be doing

  • Answering phones and helping with order entry daily
  • Maintaining and updating pricing, product descriptions, and specs
  • Verifying catalog content against inventory records, labels, and packaging
  • Cleaning and organizing data across systems and documents
  • Preparing product data for catalogs, labels, and system uploads
  • Coordinating with warehouse and sales to resolve discrepancies
  • Checking warehouse stock and participating in mandatory warehouse inventory yearly is required

What we are looking for

  • Proficient Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop is a plus
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Good phone manner
  • Someone who manages their own time well and does not need to be chased down

  • Consistent, full-time hours — no nights, no weekends, no on-call expectations
  • We have never reduced staff hours due to business conditions and we have no plans to change that
  • Overtime is available on occasion and always voluntary
  • Our door is open — you will never need to go through a chain of command to be heard

Schedule & Benefits

  • Monday through Friday, 7:50 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Paid holidays after 90 days
  • Health benefits available
