Key Responsibilities
- Providing executive and administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily priorities.
- Monitoring emails, correspondence, and urgent matters, ensuring timely follow-up and action.
- Preparing reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other business documentation.
- Coordinating client onboarding, maintaining records, contracts, and invoicing information.
- Liaising with clients, employees, suppliers, accountants, and other key stakeholders.
- Managing databases, contact lists, business records, and compliance-related administration.
- Coordinating political updates, maintaining registers, and supporting lobbying compliance requirements.
- Assisting with invoicing, timesheets, reporting, and the day-to-day administration of business operations while handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant position.
- Strong experience managing complex calendars and travel arrangements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise competing demands and work autonomously.
- Demonstrated professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- The ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
- Experience working efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite
