ABOUT JOB

 

As the Front Desk Receptionist , you are the face and voice of the agency. You’ll manage a high volume of calls. You’ll help maintain a professional and welcoming environment while ensuring callers and walk-ins are connected to the right departments quickly and accurately. Your presence sets the tone for the customer experience and supports smooth daily operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and route them to the correct departments or staff
  • Monitor voicemail and ensure timely follow-up
  • Log and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Support caregivers with general questions about benefits, in-service requirements, payroll, and basic agency processes
  • Maintain a professional, organized front desk environment
  • Assist the administrative team with additional tasks as needed

  • Professional, polished demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Patience, strong listening skills, and positive communication
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and learning new software or phone systems
  • Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail
  • Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.50 – $21.50 per hour
