ABOUT JOB
As the Front Desk Receptionist , you are the face and voice of the agency. You’ll manage a high volume of calls. You’ll help maintain a professional and welcoming environment while ensuring callers and walk-ins are connected to the right departments quickly and accurately. Your presence sets the tone for the customer experience and supports smooth daily operations.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and route them to the correct departments or staff
- Monitor voicemail and ensure timely follow-up
- Log and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Support caregivers with general questions about benefits, in-service requirements, payroll, and basic agency processes
- Maintain a professional, organized front desk environment
- Assist the administrative team with additional tasks as needed
What You Bring
- Professional, polished demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Patience, strong listening skills, and positive communication
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and learning new software or phone systems
- Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.50 – $21.50 per hour
