We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and team members. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression and supporting the overall efficiency of our office environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while contributing to a dynamic team.

Duties

  • Greet visitors professionally and direct them appropriately, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, screening and routing calls efficiently
  • Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting for staff or clients
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and organized files
  • Use computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management software to support daily operations
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Experience

  • Prior office experience or clerical experience demonstrating familiarity with front desk responsibilities
  • Proven ability in customer service roles with excellent communication skills in both bilingual settings (preferred)
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
  • Experience managing multi-line phone systems and practicing effective phone etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is beneficial
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping or basic accounting practices using QuickBooks or similar software is advantageous

Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
