ABOUT JOB
Our client is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to support our office by managing client interactions, scheduling, and office organization. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, addressing inquiries or scheduling appointments as needed.
- Manage appointment scheduling for psychological appointments coordinating with clinicians for optimal efficiency.
- Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure timely completion of required forms.
- Assist with client check-in and check-out processes, providing clear instructions for next steps.
- Support office operations by handling email correspondence, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, front desk reception, or administrative support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a client-centered approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle a moderate to high volume of phone calls while multitasking effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
