What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer-service skills – Listening, Verbal (Articulate with a diverse vocabulary), Writing technical correspondences.
- Ability to learn new software quickly—familiarity with modern office tools is a plus.
- Comfortable navigating digital systems, dashboards, and multi-step workflows.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a professional appearance.
- Prior front-desk or administrative experience is helpful, but not required if you’re a fast learner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain calendars, schedules, and meeting room bookings.
- Learn and use specialized payroll software to support daily operations including tech support to clientele.
- Learn and adapt to new software and digital processes as our organization evolves.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with scheduling systems, CRMs, or ticketing platforms.
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Typing proficiency and strong digital communication skills.
- Payroll or Payroll related experience
